Job Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the preparation of shop drawings, material submittals for approvals.
* Inspect and supervise the works in accordance with spec/drawings and statutory regulations.

by a Carrefour hypermarket, a Magic Planet Entertainment zone that will contain a fabulous sky diving experience as
well as indoor 5-a-side football pitches.

car parking. The podium contains commerce, parking, deluxe villas, and a landscaped roof with swimming pools,
decks, community spaces and recreational facilities. Which is coming in the residential area of Dubai marina,
developed by EMAAR Properties and the main contractor is Nasa Multiplex and consultant is Mace. A&B is the
lead MEP consultants, and is responsible for all project phases from design development to construction supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
The following are the roles and responsibilities, undergone during the previous experience, being worked from a MEP
Contractor side.
* Regular visit to sites and make sure the works are in progress as per project schedule and inspect the works
and arrange for inspections with the consultant and also co-ordinate with the respective engineers and
supervise the foremen and look into practical difficulties encountered while executing the works and suggest
the suitable solutions in time.
* Preparation of Material Submittals and Method of Statements for the Works.
* Follow method statement for any activity desired by the consultant to assure the quality to the satisfaction of
the consultant/client. Get the shop drawings prepared based on the consultant drawings and submitting the
same to consultant for approval and after approval incorporate the changes in the drawing and release /issue
the copy to site for work progress.
* Attending the progress meetings and inform the consultant/client about the progress by submitting the
reports like material procurement status and shop drawing summary.
* Monitor percentage of work done against percentage actual work to be done and arrange technical meetings,
which require special coordination for MEP services and specialized services with the consultant.
* Selection of Equipment’s, sending Quotations for the same and to finalize the order for Equipment’s.
* Arrange for proper installation, testing and commissioning of all the systems in the scheduled time.
* Responsible for execution, supervision and co-ordination of all Mechanical works.
* Troubles shoot the units and rectifying the fault/problems.
* Allocating work orders to the technician/supervisors for breakdown/preventive maintenance and Supervision
of the workforce.
* Responsible for Estimation of Quantity, Indent of Material, and follow up with the suppliers to deliver the
materials to site in time with respect to work schedule.
