Assisting to reliability engineers for effectively manage the reliability centred maintenance (RCM) to identify current and emerging maintenance and reliability requirements for plant/assets, establish an adequate reliability program to ensure asset optimization.
Monitor the Contractors electrical equipment's pre commissioning activities and ensure these are executed in accordance with the project technical specifications, quality standards and procedures defined in the contracts.
Interact with Operations team as regards any maintenance and troubleshooting requirement in regular operations, start-ups and shut-downs.
Heat tracing system maintenance and troubleshooting works.
Supervise an electrical pre commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for assigned sub-systems. This includes preparatory activities and coordinating resources.
Assisting an electrical commissioning team leader to follow closely the commissioning of systems/subsystems assigned in accordance with the commissioning procedures, commissioning and start-up schedule.
Follow-up on VENDORS commissioning scope of work activities such as: SAT, OTP ’s, documents update, Closing of Punch list.
Review the commissioning check sheets and records in advance to carry the commissioning and start-up activities.
Prepare the method of statements for critical jobs, verify electrical procedures and instructions, plus scope of work for contract jobs and service work orders to meet the company work requirements and standards.
To witness and verify assigned electrical system completion activities performed by the construction Contractor including approval of master punch lists.
Working knowledge in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as SAP PM and MM database to track work orders, raise work requests, requesting materials and update work order statuses.
Work under pressure to handle significant electrical problems and tasks which come up simultaneously and or unexpectedly.
Carries out a variety of administrative activities. Includes preparing daily work activities report, proposed work schedule for the following day, weekly report on status of major activities, monthly work order status report, forms for repair or testing of equipment, request for work to be completed by contractors.
Supervise all Electrical pre commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for assigned sub-systems. This includes preparatory activities, coordinating resources.
Follow-up on VENDORS commissioning scope of work activities such as SAT, OTP’s, documents update, Closing of Punch list.
