• Handling the KSA group insurance portfolio - renewals, operations and claims.
• Assist the Insurance Section team in RAK and Cairo in handling the insurance policies (PAR, CGL, Marine, Land Transit, CPM, CIS, CIT and WMC).

• Manage operations and productivity at an insurance department.
• Create and modify procedures and documents related to policies.
• Identify and analyze risks associated with policies.
• Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation, payment and claims.
• Negotiate premium rates with insurers and brokers to reach the balanced premium with the expected claims and Achieve target budgets.
• Minimize risk of financial loss.
• Manage insurance data for reports.
• Review insurance policies.
• Assist in claims management and preside over claims investigations.
• Analyzing statistical data, building probability tables to predict risks and responsibility for future interest payments.
• Responsible for Government Transactions of more than 8500 employees and their dependents
From Residence permits issuance and renewal on yearly basis, Arranging re-entry and final Exit visas
• Responsible for Medical Insurance policy from Comparing between quotes from different insurance companies and checking the benefits, advantages, and services provider’s networks - reviewing the insurance agreement - processing Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation, payment and claims. - Following up reimbursement, Medical approvals.
• Preparing varied Reports of department to HR manger.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Serving as a liaison with Recruitment agencies, colleges and industry associations.
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
