• Maintaining store inventory of Aluminum accessories, Aluminum sheets, Alclade sheet, Making material Receiving note and issuing note, Maintaining and updating MTO, etc
• Maintaining site store in DLC Jabel Ali Airport City, Maintaining store items and Time
• Keeping etc.
• In Logistics Division, Segrigate the glass received from the factory, and make the delivery notes as per the work order quantity and send to corresponding sites or factory.
And filing the delivery note with its received copy and updated in the system.
• In Glass store, maintain all store item In ERP, Make Purchase Request, Receive and issue the material in the ERP system etc…
• Update/maintain all the day to day Stores transactions in the ERP(Enterprise resources planning System)
• Supervise material receipt, offloading and placement in assigned storage locations with stock item codes.
• To process discrepancy reports for materials received in shortage/excess and coordinate with Purchasing Department for replacement.
• Carry out all initial checks on received materials against purchase orders and delivery notes/invoices.
• Arrange QA/QC inspection for all materials received.
• Check inventory and the condition of stored items at regular intervals; maintain good housekeeping in all stores areas.
• Issue material from stores against properly authorized material issue vouchers (MIV) approved by responsible engineers/managers.
• Maintain stock level of materials to ensure continues availability and report to the store manager for necessary RE-ordering.
