Honor mobile is an existing-new new brand, it was Huawei-Honor then separated on 2018 with a vision of increasing their market share counted on its historical reputation, their 2018 plan is to open 6 distribution centers, 6 retail outlet and 2 service centers.

iCell Telecom, founded in 2015 by a group of experts in telecommunication sector with a vision to be one of the major player in the market of Handsets. I’ve been hired to formulate IT strategy for iCell Telecom, Leading IT projects that facilitate the day to day operations and increasing the productivity of all departments.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
- Leading the IT department to accomplish the IT projects and support the day to day operations.

- Developing IT department from cost center to profit center and sign a partnership with the following
vendors & customers:
o Samsung Gulf Electronics: Authorized reseller & service provider for their Samsung Knox
Security Solution & Mobile Device Management (MDM).
o Finalizing a deal with Transguard - Subsidiary of Emirates Group to provide them
Samsung Knox Workspace solution on their employees mobile to separate workspace from
personal space and control their employees mobiles.
o Huawei Enterprise Solutions: Authorized reseller & service provider for a full range of
Huawei enterprise products such as servers, storage, router & switches.
- Implementation and managing the ERP MS Dynamics AX at 3 subsidiary in UAE, KSA and EGYPT with
putting into concertation the different financial rules at each country such as Zakat at Saudi Arabia & VAT at Egypt (Implemented Modules: GL, AR, AP, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Retail and HR & Payroll in addition Business Intelligence using the AX predefined cubes & Financial Management reporter) including the following tasks:
o Participate in Analysis phase & Approval of established FRD.
o Installation of MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 on Live, UAT & Development Server.
