Afras is a diversified group & a market leader in the facility management industry in KSA. I transformed the procurement department into an End to End Supply Chain Division. It was a sectors and they were incorporated into holding companies and each company has several projects and I'm responsible for all the procurement group with a total project of more than 60 projects in all the regions Kingdom wide and manpower of more than ​20, 000 employees.
Re-Engineered & developed Supply Chain Policy & Processes to identify opportunities for streamlining business activities and requirements.
