Responsibilities;
** Achieving and providing all the Co. needs through the local and External Purchase through the CPM program and joining them with the planning of the projects - As well as the pricing tenders making the necessary negotiations before buying and making a
decision, also the supervision on the purchasing system
Revising and crediting the pricing of the projects new tenders - Determining the various purchasing qualities for the Co. logistic supports for the projects when being
adjudged and whether it is local or through external suppliers imports through the
CPM program and linking it to the project planning - Fixing the time needed for the supplies and fixing dates for submitting the logistic supports for it. Making the correct
decision for the pricing tenders after making a comparison and an agreement to the best and easiest way of payment.
* Attending the inspection committee for recently bought equipment - Revising the
Financial bonuses for the central purchasing and projects and crediting them -
Visiting the projects in order to know their needs - Visiting the suppliers to check up with their production and being certain of the products efficiency ( being of best quality) - Visiting the Fairs to acknowledge the most developed products in every field -
Purchasing the Scientific Magazines and International bulletins concerning the contractors, activities.
