• Maintaining the master samples and daily shade matching record to avoid any shade
complaints and deviation from the master samples. Improving the productivity by
utilizing the machine and manpower.
Managed the design section and lab section in choose the designs and master plan
for the design section and lab section, meet marketing & sales & customers
desires.
• Manage a team of designers to the needs of dealers and customers this is beside
the required adjustments of production to reach the best quality.
• Cooperation with ALFANAR mold to make new forms for new designs as
customers' requirements. New collections of new format (20*50& 20*60 wall tiles)

• New projects for polished
• Managed the team of lab development for testing of the new materials all of those
from all suppliers.
• Line trials for testing the materials with the all suppliers and recommendations for
all materials after make all testes in the Q.C lab. Reporting to operation manger
