Key Responsibilities:
1-Responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of road construction projects from
conception to completion.
2-Involves coordinating various aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling,
resource allocation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
3-Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including engineers, contractors, stakeholders, and
government agencies, to deliver high-quality road infrastructure within specified timelines and budget
constraints.
4-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact
project timelines or quality, and implement contingency plans as needed.
5- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Conduct
inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high-quality deliverables.
6-Prioritizing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to protect both workers
and the public is critical.
7-Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and progress updates. Prepare comprehensive project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Working as A Projects Manager for the following projects:
1- Humidification Stations at Mahalla Spinning Factory:
- Coordinate and oversee the installation and operation of humidification stations at Mahalla Spinning
Factory.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for the installation process.
- Liaise with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation according
to specifications.
- Monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
2- Stellars Sports Club:
- Manage the construction and renovation of Stellars Sports Club facilities.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the project's successful
execution.
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to design plans, quality standards, and safety
protocols.
3- Car Gas Station (Gas Masr):
- Oversee the establishment or renovation of Gas Masr car gas stations.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for construction or refurbishment.
- Address operational and technical challenges to ensure the gas stations' functionality and safety.
4- Infrastructure Works at New Administrative Capital:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate various construction activities, including roads, utilities, and public
facilities.
- Liaise with government authorities, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure alignment with project
requirements and standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.
5- Deep Foundations Projects with Digger Machines:
- Supervise and manage multiple deep foundation projects utilizing digger machines.
- Collaborate with engineers and operators to ensure proper execution of foundation works.
- Monitor drilling operations, soil testing, and foundation construction to meet design specifications.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure road design aligns with specifications and
requirements.
- Develop comprehensive plans for rainwater drainage systems and flood prevention measures in
vulnerable areas.
- Allocate resources including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for the phase of
execution and maintenance.

67 villas with its fences in venous sector, western fence for the city, north fence for the city and
firefighting underground water tank (2000 m3).
Responsibilities:
15 villas (structural & finishing works) & The fire water tank.
3- Project: Extension of container terminal at El Sokhna Port (45, 000, 000.0 L.E).
