Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting.
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
1-Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
2-Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
3-Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
4-Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project
5-Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
6-Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
7-Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management.
1-Preparing the accounting system & chart of accounts in QuickBooks Programme.
2-Prepare monthly account reconciliations
3-Assist with analysing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances Preparing The Items Cost Sheet.
4-Analysis and reconciles expenditure and revenue accounts.
5-Preparing the customers & suppliers accounts.
6-Preparing the monthly trail balances.
7-Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
8-Preparing the salaries sheet & the related entries.
9-Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
10-Assist with financial and tax audits

1-Prepares journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts, prepares monthly financial statements, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments.
2-Analysis and reconciles expenditure and revenue accounts.
3-Makes wire transfers and journal funding transfers and reconciles monthly bank statements.
4-Monitors grant revenues and expenditures.
5-Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks receivables, reconciles monthly accounts receivable.
6-Preparing the tax return of the sales, the industrial and commercial profit & the salaries
7-Preparing the company's bank accounts.
