Managing the Procurement team of 6 (3 procurement subordinates plus 3 logistics subordinates) at Infinity
Energy and its following subsidiaries: (EPC, IPP, O&M and EV) on projects in Egypt and Africa.
Key Responsibilities: -Developing and executing new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing. -Price-shadowing for EPC projects to decide if the provider is satisfying our needs in market prices or there
is a room for achieving better deals. -Delegating tasks and supervising the work of purchasing and procurement agents across all departments. -Managing every aspect of materials supply chain and notifying the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal
efficiency. -Issuing policies and procedures for risk management & mitigation and for supply chain departments and SOPs and SLAs between
departments.
Key Achievements: -Creating the whole set of documentation cycles (RFI, RFQ, RFP, PO, Delivery notes, NDA`s, MOU`s, head of terms). - Implementing ISO standards and achieving successful rounds of audits. -Managing Procurement for awarded projects in Egypt (500+MW Solar power plants, 150 EV Station), achieving great savings
percentages. -Development of new products (Infinity Homes, Infinity agriculture), with different capacities to ease the pricing for our sales teams. -Participated in (5 GW projects in Africa) and quoted around 1.5 GW of Africa projects. -Implementing ERP system and synchronizing it with all responsible parties at an awarding time of a project, & CRM system for in
progress and pipeline projects. -implementing quoting system with internal stake holders, using CRM system.

Purchasing, Approve bills for payment.
-Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
-Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
-Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
-Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and those goods meet specifications.
-Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy.
-Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages.
-Missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
-Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes.
-Prepare invitation-of-bid forms, and mail forms to supplier firms or distribute forms for public posting, Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists, compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers, Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications, Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders Delivery.
-Directly supervise and coordinate activities of transportation and material-moving machine and vehicle operators and helpers.
-Compute and estimate cash, payroll, transportation, personnel, and storage requirements, confer with customers, supervisors, contractors, and other personnel to exchange information and to resolve problems.
-Enforce safety rules and regulations, Examine, measure, and weigh cargo or materials to determine specific handling requirements,
-Plan and establish transportation routes, Prepare, compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production, and work-related accidents, Resolve worker problems, or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution, Review orders, production schedules, blueprints, and shipping/receiving notices to determine work sequences and material shipping dates, types, volumes, and destinations.

Performing purchasing activities by applying the procurement process cycle according to the approved QHSE purchasing procedure, review received purchase requests, making sure they were issued in the right manner according to the approved procedure, Implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures, giving recommendations for modifications based on interactions with the suppliers/contractors, Negotiate with suppliers/contractors their quotations and proposals, reaching best deals based on cost efficiency and timely deliveries, following up deliveries, making sure that contractual terms are being followed by the suppliers/contractors, negotiating and supervising contracts with suppliers/contractors based on changing operations status, making supplier evaluation records based on suppliers/contractors performance in daily purchasing transactions, minimize risk by ensuring alternative sources of supply for critical items, delivers on cost reduction commitments through the identification, development and execution of Strategic sourcing initiatives, participate in the development of specifications for services, equipment, products, supplies or substitute materials. builds strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, coordinate with international logistics personnel to ensure proper shipment delivery, negotiate with transportation providers to obtain best rates and service, track shipments from pickup through delivery so that accurate, up-to-date information can be provided regarding any shipment, coordinate with custom clearance agents to release goods from port of destination in case of foreign purchase orders.

ADES is a petroleum services company for on-shore and off-shore drilling, I am Responsible for assigned procurement related activities for the company in obtaining materials, services and equipment. Gather quotations, examine bids, Determine material requirements and maintain inventory at planned levels. Evaluate vendor reliability; develop new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate, develop way of communication within departments, Monitors cost, schedule, and scope of assigned contracts to assure best quality at best value. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors, Supports strategic sourcing activities, including supplier consolidation and cost and inventory reduction.

Supervising the overall functions of the warehouse and ensure it is well equipped with resources with competent manpower and well maintained equipment to provide services to sales and to be coordination point between all departments and warehouse personnel, Achieved Business and People goals: (waste management, raising productivity levels, Time to sell, cooperative leader and team player, minimum overtime working hours)

In fields of (warehousing management, Import and Export management, Cost Reduction) - I was the liaison between Toshiba Logistics Japan team, and El-Araby group Team for supply chain consultancy, handling transport Toshiba account with Freight forwarders and following shipments.
