• Discuss with architects and project stakeholders to formulate scope of work
• Produce project plan, budget sheet and team allocation details
• Manage end to end delivery of projects and report status to customer
• Prepare resource plan and work with technical leads to hire or allocate right resources for the project
• Work with logistics team to arrange the required facilities for staff at site to execute project tasks
• Engage vendors or subcontractors as required
