 Monitoring & directing (priority) the daily movements of vehicles, vehicle rent outs, maintenance, accidents, breakdowns etc.
 Monitoring the day to day legal issues with dealers, customers(users), Drivers, PRO, workshop's etc(vehicle registration, renewal, insurance, technical inspection, traffic violation, accident -court case / police report etc).
 Implementation of new traffic rules instructed by Government - fixing the tint (shade film -wind shield), safety reflector sticker, protection bumpers etc).
 Coordination with dealers garages and local garages regarding the progress of vehicles laying under technical maintenance and accident, warranty issues, parts availability, date of delivery after repair, etc.
 Coordination with the parts suppliers regarding the prices, brands, specification, availability, approvals, etc.
 Monitoring the fuel usage of vehicle based on coupons and petty cash (Internal).
 Monitoring the performance of drivers, fleet checkers, quick service supervisors, technicians and mechanics.
 Conducting the group discussion with fleet team (weekly / monthly), instructing and motivating the team for more productivity and finding the solution for delays.
 Conducting the workshops visits, the physical checking during the vehicle under work in progress.
 Monitoring the vehicle maintenance history regarding the regular oil service, brake pads, tires, batteries, etc.
 Informing the clients or customers (user/driver) regarding the damage caused due to the misuse -interior/exterior, tire, brakes, engine, transmission etc and reporting to the finance dept for invoicing.
 Cost analysis regarding the spare parts price and maintenance charge and negotiating with suppliers and workshops. Ensure the warranty jobs.
 Evaluation of all invoices and approvals (Maintenance, Parts, Fuel etc).
 Scheduling the timing of drivers and quick service centers during the normal and public holidays
 Follow-ups with insurance, body shops and PRO's regarding the accident total loss vehicles.
 Scheduling the vehicle for recall to the Dealerships’ (System update, A/C, Engine, Transmission).
 Ensure the availability of breakdown recover units and mobile road side assist (24x7)
 Ensuring the cleanliness, roadworthy of vehicles and accuracy of details in checklist etc.
 Verifications of police reports, faulty, Q I D, valid driving license, rental agreements etc.
 Supporting the sales department, providing the details based on customer enquiries.
 Coordination with sales department to regarding the delivery schedule and others.
 Assist Fleet Services staff as able to reduce work overload on team members. Schedule new repair or servicing appointments. Order parts in absence of parts staff.
 Preparing daily and month end vehicle utilization report to the management.
 Reliever to the Fleet manager during his absence or vacation.
 Recommend such changes and implement when appropriate. Adapt to changes in department by taking on increased.

Fleet Project Controller / Operation Manager at Saad Buzwair Auto Leasing (Audi & VW) (Msheireb Auto Leasing)

Controlling all aspects regarding Mowasalat -Karwa taxis & Limo Project (560 units of VW Jetta Taxis & 80 units of Audi Limousine-total).
Monitoring and directing the daily activities of Fleet (Taxi & Limo) Management operations in Karwa Site.
Arranging all jobs based on prioritized schedule as per the contract.

Arranging the pending police reports with Karwa ASAP to start the accident repairs.
Ensuring the all job cards are closed before 24hs as per the contract (released to Karwa after repair).
Following all daily reports from Body shop (Accident) and Workshop (Maintenance) and updating to the management daily and weekly bases.
Providing all official supports to the field operation team (fleet coordinators and supervisors etc) in Karwa site.
Ensuring that all spare parts, Tires and consumable items are available on stock in Karwa site workshop to avoid any delay of service.
Preparing the monthly vehicles on road details statements for accounts to raise the invoice to Karwa.
Preparing the Monthly vehicles Misused parts issued statement as per the damage report provided by Karwa for to raise the invoice (tires, wheel rims & caps etc).
Preparing the vehicle insurance and registration renewal and requesting Karwa to clear the traffic violation for the vehicles which are due for registration renewal.
Arraigning the technical inspection for the vehicles which are requires for registration renewal.
Verifying the delivery notes of each vehicle means that the details and the damages are mentioned correctly during the time of delivery and release.
Monitoring the towing truck services are working on time 24hrs as per contract (breakdown recovery).
Issuing the petty cash and verifying all bills.
Preparing and approving the monthly time sheets of all staffs in Karwa site for payroll.
Ensuring the insurance claims of total loss taxis limo due to the major accident and submitting the registration cancellation certificates to Karwa.
Evaluation and verification of the invoices for vehicles maintenance from Qauto -dealer, (means ensuring that the invoice as per the job card, job carried under warranty or not, oil service carried as per the package, parts price and approval etc).
Arranging the vehicle de-fleet schedule list of taxis as per the warranty (initial registration) during the end of contract.
Arranging the work schedule for the field operation team in Karwa site during the month of Ramadan and other public holidays, to full fill the all aspects of contract with Karwa.
Performing the physical inspection on Karwa site and ensuring that all jobs are done properly (vehicle releasing to Karwa after repair on time, spare parts issued as per instructions and approvals etc).
Attending the meetings with the Karwa officials regarding the particular issues and approvals.
