• Responsible to formulate, implement, impose and execute company rules and regulations constituted to Qatar Labor Law
• Ensure the correctness, timeliness and availability of employees 201 files soft and hard copy
• Deliberate with the employees for imposing changes and improvements in company implementing rules
• Handles General Meeting with the Operation Team and Store Managers
• In-charge to conduct investigation for any incident reports submitted by the Store In-charge for any committed violations of all staffs
• Directly reporting to Operations Manager for project preparation pertaining to opening of new recruitment and all necessary things from HR Department
• Counter check all submitted timesheet for payroll preparation
• Handle recruitment, manpower pooling, selection and interviews
• Prepare Job Offer Letter
• Coordinate essential documents related to employees’ requirements to PRO for processing and renewal
• Prepare Manpower Performance evaluation
• Revise and develop company policies
• Properly implementing company rules and regulations constituted and mandated according to the labor department
• Impose company policy regarding welfare and benefits of the employees and production workers
• Maintain and keep employee 201 files
• Ensure the correctness and accuracy of employee’s personal data on their employment profile
• Create and develop skills training for employee’s enhancement and empowerment
• Deal with more than a hundred employees concerning to their benefits, incentive and claims
• Regulate Production rules to meet timeliness and quality of products to be delivered
• In-charge for manpower pooling, recruiting and deployment
• Conduct pre-employment orientation regarding company rules and regulations
• Attending meetings pertaining to HR matters
• Attending Labor Law case filed by employees fired out from employment if necessary
• Execute rules within company premises as it is needed
• Considered as one of the core group of company owner in regulating and strategizing planning for the company’s welfare.
Coordinating the preparation of the Inspection Reports.
Coordinate with contractors and proponent in designing the camp, draw and sketch installation and location of camp procedure.
Responds to inquiries from department personnel regarding assigned inspection report status.
Handling Land Use Permit Procedure Documents or Contracts.
File all inspection document chart and soft copies.
Online Documentation through the special designed software of Contractor Camp Inspection Tracking System.
Preparing invoices (water & Electricity) for each contractor in every month.
Monitoring weekly & monthly highlights and work status report of all conducted inspection.
Follow-up inspection report with mentioned contractors by e-mail and direct.
Updating all inspection reports through the special designed software of Contractor Camp Inspection Tracking System.
Daily update all inspection to our administrator through Division Head.
Schedule for all weekly & monthly inspection for another locations.
Prepare for all related works of New Land Use Permit for new contractors.
Prepare schedule for daily & weekly joint inspection with other related departments.
Conduct pre -inspection for new contractors’ camp.
Update weekly inspection for manager video conference call.
Receiving fax, E-mail & phone calls.
Arrange meeting with contractors.
Arrange for special for seminar & workshop for all contractors.
