• Preparing Material Requisition as per Engineer/Supervisor/Foreman request in ERP System and sending to Purchasing dept.
• Requesting quotation from suppliers for general materials as per requested specification and filters / spare parts with specified part numbers.
• Receive the Material with delivery notes supplied by the supplier, based on the purchase order whether it is Local Purchase Order.
• Compare the materials with the purchase order with specification make & Orinties, to know the exact material has been supplied or not.
• Check the quantity of the material supplied with its Delivery notes.
• Forwarding the SRV (Store Receipt Voucher) to Project Manager for his approval, making SRV in ERP & finally to Accounts Department for Payment.
• Issue the material as per the request, by site Engineer/Supervisor/Foreman etc.
• Preparation of Monthly Summary Statement.
• Preparation of Monthly Stock Inventory.
• Preparation of Project wise Monthly Diesel Consumption report as per daily issue.
• Maintain of minimum stock balance for consumable materials, spare parts, Fuel & Lubricants.
• Maintain PPE record for all staffs and labors.
