• Maximizing sales and Exceeding store budget through effective & highest possible level of customer service & stocks build-up
• Preparing WTD & MTD reports of the store to the line manager
• Responsible for ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation in the store and making sure that all available space in the store is effectively utilized
• Responsible for managing staffs and the assigning of duties during the absence of the line manager
• Stock positioning & maintaining Visual enhancement
• Responsible for monitoring staff timing & their excess hour's usage
• Focusing on maximizing the customers shopping experience
• Liaising the information to Line Manager to ensure maximum efficiency thru competitors & marketing competency about new brands & trends
• Analyzing store KPI (Sq ft, Daily, WTD, MTD, Quarterly & YTD Sales, ATU/ATV, and Traffic)
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales and activity reports
• Coordinating internal store stock transfers with planner depending upon the customer requirements and replenishments
• Conducting store level stocks count in coordination with the IT department
• Ensures store is following all procedures in respect of administration, financial accounting and stock accuracy as per co. guidelines and within deadlines
• Developing the client database for the brand and making use of the same for Marketing Perspectives.
• Preparing a monthly stock report of the store to the Operation Manager of the brand reflecting category wise sales, category percentage growth and the total value of the store
• Deciding on the form of implementation of stock loss controls, recommend areas of focus and changes in processes used within the store
• Ensures that the store is fully compliant with all required administrative procedures according to company guidelines & Policies
• End - to - End responsibility of staffing, training and managing the team. Also responsible for ensuring the team stays motivated
• Delivering high levels of motivation and development to a diverse team
• Applying and maintain guidelines and standards for visual presentation and store appearance
• Recommend brand feedback, customer requests, and in-store promotions
• Handling and supervising total store back-office operations and store inventory
• Working with relevant departments to resolve issues and make suggestions to improve the operating standard for the future
• Developing, researching and implementing marketing strategies
• Training new staff in the areas of customer service and cash till handling
• Maintaining and updating the DSR which plays a crucial role in determining the growth and contribution of the store in the business
• Managing store customer requests and coordinating with purchasing department & warehouse team accordingly
• Receiving new collection shipment and allocating it to the respective section
• Responsible for understanding the customer demographics and current trends and reflecting the same on the floor display
• Instrumental in growing the team size from a 2-member team to the 8-member team
• Communicating with the sales team & supporting them in the shop to performed cash receipt reconciliations and resolving customer complaints disputes or discrepancies
• Based on market trends and local needs, selecting the appropriate stock and maintaining the inventory
