Credit Analysis
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly credit reports
- Analyzing report of Central Bank classification changes on the client on daily basis.
- Monthly report for operations, credit and recovery departments,
- Preparation of all quarterly and annual reports required by UAE central bank.
- Analyzing report of Central Bank defaulters list IEMS,
- FATCA report
Compliance Officer
- Handling Central Bank RISK BUREAU COMMERCIAL CREDIT SYSTEM
- Managing UAE Central Bank circular receiving and reply whenever required.
- AECB “AL Etihad Credit Bureau” (Check on new client when requested, Update/monitor the existing clients and Upload daily report to AECB).
Credit administration
- Reviewing all credit files, and confirming all required documents (as per the internal checklist) are in order to disburse the loan/facility.
Documents custodian of all credit files and securities.
Credit control, managing fixing/releasing mortgage of financed autos in favor of the company.
Credit coordinator
- Coordinator between the recovery team and legal team to provide the right information at the right time.
- Monitoring the early worming status of accounts to control the increase of DPD.
- Proposing and monitoring accounts to change the status of the delinquent from normal to substandard, loss and vice versa.
HR Officer:
- Handel the medical insurance (contract, renew, claims…).
- Staff's files, Leaves, ID cards issue and renew.
- Handel the du mobile services for all the staff members.
Admin Coordinator
- Organize the conferences and exhibitions.
- Member of purchasing committee.
- Services providers (Telecom, PC’s, copiers, Printers & maintenance).
Files custodian:
- Create a new electronic archive and filing system for the new Sudanese ID system, HR, PR, Passports and nationality Department.
Costumer services officer:
- Direct dealing with the public.
IT Officer
- Hardware & Software maintenance & troubleshooting.
- Handel the SMS Broadcast to contact the Sudanese in UAE.
- Handel the web site (create the e-mails accounts & web pages).
- Train the staff to use the system and provide the tech. support.
After proofing my skills for two years in training and leading the team work, I became the General Manager of the institute.
- Supervising training and maintenance works.
- Supervising Financial and Accounting works.
- HR (attendance, annual & sick leaves, document custodian and ID cards control)
