My current role in ARC is to lead, assist my team and to be both an Integrated Planner and an Account Manager. From conceptualizing of ideas to administration and overseeing the operations of the brand portfolio.
My role also gives huge significance to building and nurturing the relationship between the Agency and its clients and together with the larger team, providing genuine solutions to business problems.

Senior Relationship Manager; Hunter / Gatherer
Responsibilities;
−Initiate and develop a strong relationship with all types of clients.
−Following up with Companies/Clients, suggesting the best Recruitment Solution and supporting their recruiting needs.
−Developing and implementing strategies to improve after sales services; managing the client base through transactional and solution-oriented selling approach; as well as responding to clients' queries regarding prices, services, and products.
−Determine clients' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address their needs.

−Oversee fulfillment of: Training, Customer Care, Executive Search.

-Effective Marketing Using Social Media.
-Initialising Events to participate including Campaign Awareness.
-Planning, Gathering and working with Budgets on various campaigns
-Organising and conducting Training Programmes.
-Writing, Editing, Proof Reading Articles, Blogs & Press Releases.

Working as an Account Manager in the field of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) I was responsible for the following;
• Working with existing and new clients based in UK and worldwide
• Maintaining a CRM - Handling records of existing and new clientele

As a Shift Manager I was responsible for Training and Development of staff and manage the restaurant delivering increased sales, 100% customer satisfaction and controlling production. My responsibilities included helping and working closely with staff and help achieve a nationally recognized UK qualification through the apprenticeship program offered by the company.
