• Administrating and maintaining the company’s internal systems.

• Maintaining Active Directory; updating the group polices and changing them depending on corporate requirements.

• Performing installations, technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance of network equipment. Furthermore, installing and upgraded software and hardware equipment, oversaw the management of subcontracted work including working with upper levels of the subcontractor structure.

• Daily IT Operational Activities like Checking all the servers status, logs, server performance, power supply, HD spaces on each server; check Anti- Virus updates on all Desktop/Laptops and Servers; check windows updates; Wireless Access Points; San Storage; check daily and weekly backups; check link connection between MDF and IDF and etc.; Check status of all printers, consumable and change if it’s necessary; check the status of all active devices like switches, routers, firewalls, etc.; check CCU Temperature and Humidity; check CCTV Cameras.

• Provide technical support for all employees needing help and assistance for their pc, reset password, emails, printer, install applications, Avaya phones and email configuration, VPN Access and Public folder permissions; canvas prices and quotation etc.

• Prepare laptops, Desktop, Avaya Phones, for production; maintain inventory and keep track of all the in and outs of all company’s assets; Prepare and update IT Request forms.
