• Responsible for Branch business development for FM Services, managing total Human Resource, Asset Management & Cost related elements, key decision making on Cost control and Profit Maximization, managing and improving the efficiency of Operations, Develop staff potential, MIS to top Mgmt, Annual Sales & Expenses budgeting.
• Handling various departments of the Branch: Admin, Transport, Accounts (Billing, Collection & Credit Control), Survey & Estimation, Sales, Contracts & Labor Camp admin.) Covering approx.. 660+ workers and 22 staff category employees pertaining to Sharjah Branch.
• Purchase function, Vendor evaluation / management for timely delivery of Resources/ Machineries/Chemicals /equipment’s to Central Stores, Branch Stores & client’s premises. Procurement core Committee member. Approval, verification and justification of samples of Hard and Soft services.
• Mobilization of all new Projects with internal coordination and interphase with Client.
• Maintaining and monitoring staffing, levels, Knowledge-Skill-Attitude.
• Plan and study new markets for Business Expansion, working towards quality Standards, put emphasis on Value Added Services, Liaise with various Government / Private sector clients.
• Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships/Service standards / KPIs to achieve repeat / referral business / Retention / after sales services for the existing clients.
• Coordinate In-house divisions for total FM solutions Deliver FM Services, lead and develop the site based Services Team to achieve the expected SLA & meet the KPI, therefore stabilizing the critical contracts.
• Coordinate with in-house departments for continuous quality improvements. Develop marketing plans to build clients preference and drive sales volumes.
• Utilize information and networking to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
• Handling acute crisis / emergency situations 24x7. Manage any incident or emergency action and make recommendations and implement actions resulting from operational investigations.
• Man management / Counseling / Inductions / Industry orientations to new employees/ projecting company image both internally and externally.
• Handling commercial corporate issues / negotiations / contract renewal / price revision clarifications/ Relationship Management with key decision makers / Signing of FM Contracts with Clients & Sub Contractors. Coordinate for Site Surveys / Estimation/ Proposals / Tender Documentations & Quotations.
• Develop / Customize / Design charts and formats for various operational systems and procedures.
• Coordinate Corporate Communication / Corporate Brochures / Publications and In-house Magazine / Corporate Film.
• Effective implementation of Quality Systems ISO 900, ISO 14001 (EMS) and OHSAS 18001 within the Operations, Lead Auditee for the Project.
• Coordinate with the in house Quality standards and Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) department in conjunction with the management team to establish the development of appropriate systems, policies and procedures to support safe and professional systems of work, including ensuring that all policies and procedures remain relevant and up-to-date.
• Ensure that the service delivered is cognoscente of all UAE legislation, regulatory guidance and international industry best practice. Responsible for delivering the services specified in the contract to the program as specified, within time schedules and budget and to comply with HSE and QA/QC policies and customer satisfaction to meet the contract specification and promote Company’s performance and reputation. Develop with the management team a training program to enhance the continuous improvement process for safety, quality and enhance competency.
