General Responsibilities:-
 Provide support to Operations group, through information analyses (e.g. current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, budget, etc.), preparation of operational data/analyses for publication to various constituents throughout company (Management, Sales, Product Management, Operations, etc.) who rely on/benefit from the information to make informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities will include assisting Operations team in the Monthly Operations Review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance.
Specific Responsibilities:-
 Managing and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
 Banking in good Knowledge and relationships Facility (LC, LG, Project Finance…etc.)
 Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
 MIS Report(Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
 Good knowledge in GAAP/IFRS Compliance and Reporting
 Prepare quarterly Financial Management Reports.
 Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
 Keeping International Accounting Standards and conducting annual audit in time including inter companies.
 Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
 Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
 Coordinate and complete annual audits.
 Process payroll in wps a timely manner.
 Petty cash management.
 Improve the systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
 Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
 Prepare monthly analysis COS and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
 Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
 Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
