- Accounts Receivable : including credit policy, debtors ageing report, cash collections& overdue.
- Assist the sales people in achieving their targets & communicating with the customers in order to collect the due invoices on time .
- Accounts Payable : including local and international suppliers .
- Monitor, control and report all financial transactions related to inventory.
- Inventory Controller : Including Inventory reconciliation, inventory adjustment & cost of sales .
- Recording data & customizing forms on QuickBooks .
- Reporting for vendors positions and withholding taxes .
- Manage and control the performance for the following direct reports ( Inventory Controller, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Banks ).
- Petty cash reconciliation .
- Monthly analysis for all company payments aspects .
- Supervise the efficient performance of the accounts payable assistant in his all role ( posting invoices, cheques payment, suppliers confirmations …etc. )
- Recording in Accounts payables and receivables .
- Payroll accountant .
- Petty cash reconciliation .
