Also played a vital role in property acquisition to check the feasibility of the selected property by property department in terms of CAPEX and store design requirement.

Annually handled the more than 60 stores (NEW, Renovations, Face-lift and store relocation, store optimization) timely design, lighting and HVAC equipment procurement and delivery on time within APPROVE CAPEX.
UAE and KSA territory maintenance support in terms of technical advice, cost review and consider the new adoptive practice to reduce the cost and improve the life of MEP services.

South Side Catering Improvements Phase II at Abu Dhabi: This project comprises of Etihad Catering-(Project Duration 2013 to till 2015) .Coordinate at site about the quality works with technical supports related to Design, specification & method statement of the mechanical services. Cleveland Clinic Project at Abu Dhabi - Project Duration- 4th March 2013 to November 2013 Date : As per name this is the 7 star hospital in UAE. We are working in 15th & 16th floor complete MEP. As per construction raise the IR for the KEO inspection. Coordinate at site about the quality works with technical supports related to Design, specification & method statement of the mechanical services.
The Dubai International Airport Expansion (Project Duration- Dec 2011 to March 2013 Date) - Phase II project comprises of 18 gates for Air Bus A380 & 2 for normal flights.•Studying, Reading and understanding the drawings, specifications. •Assuring the inspection is ready for consultant/designer verification/inspection.•Monitor progress of works, resolving day to day quality related problems.•Ensuring that all material / drawing submittals, method statements and other submission are verified in compliance with the project specification and contract requirement.•Monitoring, Inspecting, communicating and verifying the status of quality related activities in project execution, construction materials, sub contract control, nonconformance reports and corrective actions etc.•Checking and confirming the materials used at site are approved by consultant/client prior to installation.•Performance of day to day inspection and test activities in the sites as per the project inspection test plan.•Control of quality records and preparing monthly QA/QC report.•Carry out project and site store inspection in line with company procedure.•Conduct such inspections and tests as may be required in conformance with contract documents and the project inspection and test plan (ITP).•Ensure all outstanding installation snags are completed / attended prior to commencement of pre-commissioning activities and further close out of the project•Attending meetings with Main Contractors / Sub contractors, Consultants, Client representative to resolve quality issues / observation / non conformance at site.•Conducting meetings with other QA/QC staff's to ensure and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management system implementation.

To handle the final inspection, Preparation of the MRM for the MD of company. To resolve the quality issue at the shop floor and also prepare the QRM for to reduce the defects and also participate the in the internal audit in the company. reduce the DMR for the production and final product.
