• Enforcing local and international HSE standards and regulation related to different activities.
• Organizing regular inspection to eliminate injuries, accident, and loss to manpower and damage to equipment.
• Orchestrating the work between HSE teams on site and identify the responsibilities for each one.
• Activating and issuing HSE reports and records, as well as ensure issuing of subcontractor reports for environmental resources and constraints.
• Ensuring risk management by reviewing method statement, risk assessment and permit to work system prior to authorization.
• Preparing and developing additional HSE procedures and documentation such as accident prevention, environmental protection, waste disposal, and job hazard analysis, training, inspection and audit.
• Holding and running safety meeting with client and subcontractor in order to insure continuous improvement programs.
• Holding an accident investigation and damage to plant property/equipments reporting plan in order to reduce the probability and ensure continuous improvement.
• Enforcing loss prevention and supporting documentation for system performance.
• Performing the HSSE Manager tasks during his absence.
