# Vegetable seed searing for market penetration both OP and F1 vegetable seed from National and International seed source.
# Target set up for demo and trial plot for sustainable seed business.
# Searching contract farmers whose produce and supply trusted and quality op vegetable seed.
# Planning for storing, processing and packaging.
# Specially make a design for packaging which will established our brand.
# Specially planning for pricing, packing and promotional plan (Annual).
# Planning for continuous product souring for new variety from principal companies.
# Ensure continuous monitoring production/processing/packaging/sales/collection.
# Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual sales budget and collection forecast.
#Supervision of territory officers, delivery cadets and seasonal staff.
#Follow up the time to time seed stock, delivery and customer credit status from the depots.
#Selection and appointment of cash and credit customers as per guideline of the credit department.
#Collection and preparing deferent market information and submission to head office.
