In Ras Gas I joined as a Shutdown Co-ordinator and progressed to Warehouse Associate, Supervisor Warehouse and presently Receiving Analyst. I have gained skills in material inspection and integrity checking on Electrical, Mechanical rotating equipment, HVAC, Chemicals for process and utilities and also in preservation standards required. Furthermore I have knowledge on clarifying on MTC requirements and reading of drawings. SAP was tool used in Ras Gas and I am well versed in Material Management module from material master creation, RFQ, P/O, receiving, binning, preservation, issuing and logistics internal and external.
The SKU’S under my responsibility are around 35000 items. I had around 5 direct hire and 10 casual workers under my care.
My main priorities are to provide highest level of customer services to the customers via providing prompt and timely response with regards to customer’s requirements, and expediting and coordinating on orders and deliveries.
• Achieving 100% customer satisfaction and on time delivery for all offshore deliveries.
• Restructured 24 000 sq. ft. warehouse maximizing flow and storage capacity.
• Planned warehouse space requirement for new greenfield project until operational.
