1. Design the annual special plans in the sales department by relying on studying the market requirements and follow up the customers' requests in order to work on providing them.

5. Follow-up the work of the sales department staff, and ensure that they are in accordance with their plans and special tasks, and ensures continuity in achieving success of the work.
6. Provide tips and advice to employees, traders, and customers who deal with the company, either directly or in the event they are asked for any sales advice, such as clarifying the nature of a new product to be announced soon.
7. Conduct training courses and training for sales staff, especially new ones, so that they can understand the nature of the department's special work and help them develop their skills and sales experience
