deposits. Support accounts payable & receivable team by
adequate data entry Process bank remittances & cheque
processing.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Process cheque requests as per the terms of payment.
Respond to all vendor inquiries.
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
Assist in monthly closing.
Journal vouchers preparation and entry.
Bank Reconciliations Statement.
Prepare letter of credits, cash against documents and trust receipts forms.
Keep track of incoming payments.
Follow up on advance payments.
