Electrical engineer working on tugboat with many task: periodic maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and spare parts and electrical testing for :
1-generators : Leroy Somer
2- diesel engines : Caterbeler (C3512, C7.7, C4.4).
3- fire fighting system (fifi): testing the controlled valve and test the control system (plc).
4-electrical switch boards and what it contains:do all job for switch boards and circuit breakers and all protection systems (over voltage, under voltage, revers power)
5-hydraulic towing system.
6-electrical motors .
7-electrical self starters: delco remy and reman
8-air compressors
9-lighting systems : navigation system, search lights and flood lights .
10-batteries
1-preventive &corrective Maintenance for empty handlers, reach stackers, forklift and terminal truck.
2-troubleshooting and error diagnostic for empty handlers, reach stackers, forklift and terminal truck.
3-fix the breakdown currently in the site for empty handlers, reach stackers, forklift and terminal truck.

harness, electrical sensors, main electrical control module, reading electrical drawing).

1-Knowledge in generators (generator protection unit, electrical safety for generator, parallel
connection and synchronization).
2-Knowledge in circuit breakers.

5-Knowledge in sensors and transducers (PT, TC, level transmitter, pressure transmitter, Oil mist
detector, etc) and find the damaged sensor and calibrate ultrasonic sensors.
6-Knowledge in switches (float switch, flow switch, level switch, limit switch, proximity switch,
selector switch, pressure switch).
7-Carry out megger test to the motors and generators and transformers.
8-Make and design electrical control panels for any systems.
