Managing a portfolio of Med-Corporate & Commercial relationships with total assets of around AED 500MM. The mix portfolio includes: Individuals, Real Estate, Manufacturing, contracting & trading accounts with the following KPIs.
- Increasing & maximizing the profitability generated from the existing corporate
accounts by a certain percentage and achieving the annual budget.
•Maintaining direct relationship/contact with business owners.
•Marketing and developing new assets and initiate new corporate relationships.
•Marketing and attracting liabilities.
•To do at least 3 calls a week to existing and potential corporate customers.
•To assist the corporate customers with their daily transactions / requirements and to act as one single point of contact for them.
•Daily regular duties (among others): Closely monitoring the account conduct of the
exiting borrowing relationships, following up with the credit department for the
annual review of the availed facilities and the preparation of new credit proposal for
new borrowers.
Working in these different departments enabled me to acquire a wide range of expertise and to name some:
-Central Accounts Administration.
- Internet banking service.
- Phone banking services.
-Retail Banking Operation Dept. (loan disbursement, loan setup, early settlement &
installment deferment)
-Import letters of Credit (issuance and amendments) documents handling (D.O.D.,
Drafts acceptance, discrepancies)
-Export L/C’s advising, documents handling, negotiation and settlement.
