• Corporate HSE Manager Presidential Guard Command
• Establish and Implement OSH Management System in all Presidential Guard Command camps and locations including construction, maintenance, design review
• Incident Investigation for all incidents that happen inside any of the Presidential Guard Command Camps whether they are related to the client or the contractors
• Incident Notification to Presidential Guard Command
• Initial/Final Handing Over for construction and maintenance projects and coordination with design team for future rectification
• Establish Security Management System for all contractors working in Presidential Guard Command Projects
• Participating in Kick-Off Meetings
• Implementing Training Plan and Training Matrix for client, consultant and contractors
• Led from the front during COVID-19 along with the HSE team to ensure the safety of the PGC camps and the contractors working in them
• Chairing Monthly OSH Meeting
• Participating Monthly Progress meeting
• Consultation with Ministry of Defense for OSHMS Establishment
• Managing and providing leadership support to OSH team
• Ensuring all UAE and PGC laws and regulations are complied by all the contractors working with Presidential Guard Command Construction Follow-up Section
• Performing Contractor Performance Evaluation through presidential guard command projects
• Review of Monthly OSH Statistics submission by contractors
• Submission of Monthly OSH Statistics Report to Presidential Guard Command
• Scheduled and unscheduled site visits

Responsibilities:
• Conduct and chair weekly HSE meeting with the contractors and all stakeholders.
• Conduct site HSE inspection regularly.
• Prepare and issue HSE reports weekly to higher management.
• Report directly to the Jacobs Country HSE Manager on the performance, safety statistics and other related management information
• Work with the contractors to ensure full compliance with ADNOC / TAKREER HSE requirements and UAE legislations.
• Responsible for all incident investigation and reporting as well as implementing rectifying measures.
• Introduce objectives and targets for contractors or monitor through PM teams as appropriate
• Conduct periodical site safety audits accompanied by the project management team.
• Test and approve contractor HSE management systems and introduce changes where necessary.
• Monitor and observe appropriate HSE training of contractors and associated records

• Residential Buildings: 17 Residential Buildings of 20 stories each, with GFA of 479, 843 m² with parking GFA of 202, 648 m².
• Shopping Mall: 3 Stories with GFA of 103, 205m² with a parking GFA of 131, 099 m².
• District Cooling Plant: 30, 000TR plant
• Project Infrastructure: includes chilled water, power, water, sewage, and fiber optic networks

NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety • First aid courses ( Al Noor Hospital-UAE ) • Scaffolding training certificate • Course on Train- the-Trainer in occupational safety & health, (International Labor Office OHSAS18001). • Training course in OHSAS 18001 • IIF Train the Trainer course.
