Duties:

• Make sure Delivery Schedule will be achieved as per factory commitment.
• Make sure the Planning Schedule is as per defined factory capacity and process.
• Make sure all the Bill of Materials of the Finish Goods Production and work in process are correct as per actual use.ical and Fire Exit Doors, storage of the materials in proper location)monitoring and recommend to write-off/disposal as may be appropriate in compliance with established rules and procedures
• Conduct Quarterly, Semi Annual, and Annual Inventory counting.
• Implement materials locations system, proper labeling of the racks, and etc.
• Implement the order arrangement as per Sales Order, standard labeling, schedule of delivery from production, correct usage of company resources, in coordination with logistic for schedule of delivery to client, arrange schedule of Inspection with Pre Delivery Inspectors and Dispatch Team, supervises the Loading of the shipment.
• Maintain the Standard Packaging, weight, and dimension of the Finish Goods Production in system.
• Implement the Dispatch Goods Form in actual and in system
• Maintain the Proper Storage of Materials, Strict Safe Weight Load Identification as per designated area assign.
• Implement of the Complete Sales Order in advance and store in the designated area.
• Implement the Packing List listing both actual and system.

• Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
• Human Resources - Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
• Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
• Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
• Sales, marketing and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
• Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
• Logistics management: The operations manager ensures that the machinery and equipment used have the ability to produce goods and services for the client at an acceptable standard. The operations manager also coordinates with the quality assurance personnel to ensure that the goods meet an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from clients. The manager may interact with the employees, prepare reports on the current condition of logistics, and decide on the next course of action.
• Budget management: The operations manager may obtain the requirements for logistics and coordinate with the finance department to obtain the necessary approval for the budget. The manager ensures that quality equipment’s are procured within the budget.
• Operational strategizing: Apart from logistics management, the operations manager plays a key role in chalking out the overall operational policy. For example, the operations manager could determine the types of equipment’s needed to fulfill the organizational quality policy. The operational manager could also formulate suggestions on how to make an optimum use of the resources of the organization (Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management).
