Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the project in its entirety right from inception to completion inclusive of bid management, estimating resource requirements, costing and site acquisition.
• Creating project implementation plans, project schedules, assigning tasks to team members for on-time delivery of client deliverables.
• Steering a professional team all through the project phases and representing the company, thus acting as a sole point of contact with various clients for seamless functioning of activities leading to optimal growth chart of the organization.
• Evaluating contract, drawings, specification, cost and schedule, thereby rendering feedback to the management for recommendation and adjustment in line with organizational principles and standards.
• Streamlining the preparation of value engineering document, simultaneously assuming responsibility for full stakeholder’s management to ensure their satisfaction consistent with overall goals and objectives of the organization.
• Providing updates/ adjustments to project plan in terms of time, cost, scope, quality and resources as necessary to ensure successful completion of the project within the specified budgetary guidelines and quality standards.
• Identifying potential threats & opportunities during the development of project plan, thus carrying out essential steps to mitigate or enhance recognized negative & positive risks and accordingly proposing suitable modifications to maneuver project to avoid time/ cost overruns.
• Fostering effective channels of communication with the consultant to discuss engineering submittal and to facilitate final approval, whilst ensuring strict adherence to organizational and contractual procedures.
• Instrumental in issuing payment and ensuring acceptance of payment certificate in timely manner to guarantee smooth project cash flow.
• Accountable for cooperation and purchasing from local and international suppliers as well as formation of sub-contracts agreements supplier.
• Working in close collaboration with local authorities & 3rd parties for inspection to formulate final handing to ensure project success thus enhancing organizational revenues.
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting project status/ progress to the senior management. Recommending processes to improve quality and efficiency of projects.

• Acting as Project Manager for the biggest turn-key project for the division (Abu Dhabi university Auditorium)
• Full day-to-day management of several subcontractors including MEP contractor, fit out contractor as well as own company team.
Key Responsibilities
• Load schedule calculation, quantity calculation, circuits design, 384A 3Ø dimmer terminations, etc.
• LV system installation such as speakers, projector lights, projection system and screen, step lights, etc.
• Coordinating with consultant and contractor for material and work done
• Issue progress report for management and contractor and attend weekly meeting for discussion
