St. Regis Hotels & Resorts Project ( Amman-Jordan)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, direct and mentor a full team of site engineers.
- Ensure all aspects of the Design works instructions are implemented.
- Manage / assist in the production of the contractor’s proposals (shop drawings, method statement…etc.)
- Oversee and direct the design from concept through to construction issue.
- Ensure the design is kept within approved budgets.
- Design change management.
- Build and maintain client relationships and gain repeat work.
- Obtain client and all local authorities and other external stake holders approvals.
- Supervise, direct and mentor a full team of handing over include all close out documentation (as built drawings, materials, attic stock & operation & maintenance manual OMM ... etc.).
Saraya Aqaba Resort Project (AQABA-JORDAN)
Work on Area 1 include Zone A - Al Qasr Hotel , Zone F - Al Qala'a Hotel , Zone E - Grand Villas and Zone A1 - Al Qasr Villas as below :
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Architectural Dep. as appropriate and as instructed by the Project Director.
- Ensure all aspects of the Design works instructions are implemented.
- Manage / assist in the production of the contractor’s proposals (shop drawings, method statement…etc)
- Produce, agree and manage, with all relevant parties, a realistic design program and information required schedule to satisfy design, procurement and construction requirement.
- Ensure the project team is working to the agreed contractors proposals.
- Ensure that all design deliverables are reviewed to establish they are within budgets, are fully coordinated and are buildable.
- Assist in producing risk management report, by highlighting and asses any probable risk cases.
- Provide guidance to the project team on Design related issues.
- Work with design team in Jumeirah Hotels.
- Preparing & Coordinating design packages and documents for tendering
(Architectural Drawings, MEP, ID & Landscape designs)
- Conducting Value engineering for several architectural systems.
- Responsible for reviewing materials approval requests, shop-
drawings, Coordenation, Method statement, Request for clarifications,
Testing and Inspection Plans.
- Takes charge of fit-out process for the project to ensure they meet building standards.
- Responsible for Design Review process and technical support.
- Extracts engineering and estimating information from drawings.
- Maintain close relationships with the client and design organizations. -Ensure that all regional Design Reporting methods are maintained.

• Obtaining Technical Drawings and approvals
• Briefing and managing the external consultants
• Preparing the Design Programme
• Ensuring all statutory enquiries are submitted
• Ensuring that working drawings are in accordance with the approved Planning Scheme,
• Discharging of planning conditions
• Monitoring and controlling the Professional Fees budget
• Overseeing preparation of Brochure Plans, Conveyance Plans and Sales Area drawings.
• Attending site progress meetings and carry out site inspection
• Responding to site queries and resolving Technical/Construction issues
• Issuing drawings and information for construction
