My goal here is to convey messages through the visual arts. I create images and develop graphics for company websites and for other products & promotions. I make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best. I have already mentioned enough regarding my responsibilities as a Graphic Designer so here I want to tell regarding my other responsibilities as a Manager Operations. Being an operations manager my role is to manage the daily/weekly operations and activities in a way that the productivity of the employees raises. It is also my responsibility to ensure that the physical and the human resources of the organization are achieved. The main role is to handle and resolve daily issues and to work with the staff to improve service.
Responsibilities:
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
• Management of organization's budget in coordination with the Director & heading the accounts department as well.
• Development of individual program budgets
• Disbursement of checks for organization's expenses.
• Organization of fiscal documents.
• Supervise and coach coordinators on a weekly basis.
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
• Display/show results using computer graphics

• Strong background and work experience in Design Consultancy
• Excellent computer skills
• Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment

• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
• High comfort level working in a diverse environment
• Attended GESS Dubai 2016 (Global Educational Supplies & Solutions) from 01-03 March 2016 at Dubai World Trade Center. The leading education exhibition and conference in the Middle East.
• Have been taking care of all the design, graphics & interior work in company’s newly established office in Doha, Qatar from September 2015 until January 2017.
As a Broadcast designer, I was there to visually convey a message in the most innovative and commercial way.
Tasked with producing designs such as program logos or the opening sequences, color themes, layouts and CGs/templates. Often working with artistic and creative directors, writers, producers and other artists and often have to work under tight deadlines.
Capital TV finally went on air in June 2013 after missing couple of deadlines. To achieve that they hired a fresh team for their core creative department in which I was the only graphic designer.
