- Monitor Site progress. - Coordination between MEP & Technical Department for builder works requirements. - Coordination with Client representative and Consultant for approvals of the material and submittals. - Coordination with the subcontractors. - Following up with procurement for the Material orders. - & etc.
- As client representative my duty was following the progress with the contractors, Tendering, reviewing the invoices, propose the solutions for the issues in the municipality area. - Inspecting the works for approval as per the sequence of works.
- Monitor the progress. - distribution of the staff depends on the sequence of work, project schedule & priorities of work. - Following up with procurement department for the material orders.
- Follow up the progress and site requirements. - Control the site and the staff to match with the schedule.
