Responsible for End to End project delivery for various projects related to IT Infrastructure, IP Telephony, Contact center,
and Video Collaboration solution projects along with service and operations management.
Prepare project sheets to ensure objective, occasion, in-scope/out of scope, budget, and delivery timelines are defined.
Prepare a project management plan. Ensure of getting all the necessary approvals from stakeholders.
Monitoring and controlling the time, scope, quality, cost, change, issue, risk, communication, and acceptance management
processes during all the phases of the subject project.
Ensuring the implementation and roll-out plan for handover to the operations team.
Finally closing the project by preparing the project closure reports and documenting the lessons learned and best
practices.
Managing team's operational readiness for domains related to Microsoft Technologies, Application Infrastructure, Unified
Communications, and Video collaboration solutions.
Prepare monthly operational review reports, service level KPIs, project status, activity report, and review with senior
management.
Technical experience design, deploy and integration of both Managed and Cloud based content management systems,
Video Collabration, Virtual Reality and IP camera based solutions.
The incident, Change, Problem management operational review along with quality assurance to meet service level KPI.
Act as a
Responsible for End to End project delivery of IP Telephony, Contact Center, and Video Conferencing solutions along with
hands-on support for all administration and maintenance related tasks across Dreamworks Animation studios in India, US,
UK, and China.
Ensuring the scope, project plan, deliverables, resources, activities, tasks, and funding required for undertaking the project
Monitoring and controlling the time, scope, quality, cost, change, issue, risk, communication, and acceptance management
processes during the execution phase of the project.
Supervise complex installation pertaining to Avaya Communication Manager, Media Gateways, CMS, BCMS Reporting,
VDN’s and Vectors, CDR Server, Trunks, and monitoring system.
Supervise technicians and engineers on project-oriented tasks associated with designing and integration video-
teleconference, control room, and projection systems.
Responsible for all aspects of operation and maintenance of DCinema projection system. Manage & Co-ordination with
product suppliers and integrators during the installation and maintenance of IP Telephony solutions, projection systems,
room automation, video conferencing solution, and other AV products (AMX, Extron, Nexia, Clearone, Barco, etc)
Manage external vendors (Solution partners, OEMs) and closely work with other teams within DreamWorks Animation
Technical experience design, deploy and integration of both Managed and Cloud based content management systems,
Video Conferencing, Virtual Reality and IP camera based solutions.
Prepare systems design and architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Deliver training.
Handle projects related to HDVC, VoIP & Contact Center support across the whole range of hardware deployed in

Singapore, Malaysia & USA) using up-loaders
Involved during setup of NOC (Internal/ MTNL/ BSNL) for content digitization.
Handle System-Maintenance Cycle (installing, Updating, Configuring and troubleshooting)
Involve in field operations like demonstrating IPTV services for both national and international clients (BSNL, MTNL,
Singtel, Mauritius Telecom, Chunghwa Telecom)
Prepare flowcharts, network diagrams, manuals, forms using Coral Draw, MS Visio 2003, Adobe Photoshop
Well versed with Project Management, Service Management, and applying best
practices for planning, scheduling, monitoring, tracking, and execution of projects
related to IT Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Contact Center, Video
collaboration, Applications Infrastructure, and its service continuity.
