Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse employees.
Plan, organize and direct the receipt, storage and distribution of materials, tools, equipment and product within the warehouse.
Managing inventory, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducing cycle counts and resolving any discrepancies.
Controlling Inventory management.
Effectively plan and allocate resources in order to meet daily operational requirements, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.

Customization of Purchase Order & Purchase Requisition (Define document type, no. range and define screen layout at document level).
Customization of release procedure with classification for PR and PO.
Interact with client, purchaser/buyer and approved vendors for technical queries/responses, material delivery schedule and other purchase order requirements.
Documentation of Purchase Order correspondences, Purchase Requisition, materials descriptions and data/specification sheets.
Manage human resources and follow up stock movements.


Logistics Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipment to meet customer demands.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Prepare shipping documents, including bills of loading, packing lists.
Monitor shipment progress, track delivery status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Resolve any shipping issues, delays or discrepancies that may arise during the transportation process.
Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movement to prevent shortages or excess.
Analyze items and check the quality of materials before preparing them for dispatch.
Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvements
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory and logistics activities.
