• Worked in Zamil Projects, Engineering & Design services - Mechanical. Involved in the HVAC system design of projects, preparation of heat load calculation, duct design and ESP calculation and review of detailed drawings
• Worked in Rabigh project site of Saudi Electricity Co. Power Plant. Involved in the QC and erection phase of the HVAC system of the Project.
• Worked in Zamil AC in Engineering - Applied Products.
Presently engaged with NIDA, Karachi - a project of Ministry of Industries & Production on contract basis.
Preparing & delivering lectures to the participants (Mechanical Engineers, Diploma holders) through multimedia presentations and hands on practice on modern computers.
Edify participants to have a clear concept of HVAC Design; they will be able to do load calculation, equipment selection and understanding of air duct design and water piping.
Developing student skills, knowledge, attitudes and effectively using tools and equipments to meet program goals.
Planning, preparing and delivering effective lessons to meet student’s cognitive and effective needs.
Impart knowledge on air conditioning and refrigeration systems; heating systems and duct construction. Preparing students to read and interpret system schematic diagrams and HVAC system of building construction plans, knowledge of heating, cooling load calculations and duct design.
Involved in the preparation of quotation and supporting sales staff for selection of equipments, HVAC system design and calculation, duct design and layout and Cooling Tower selection.
Preparing Product catalog for Air handling units, product study and support to production and marketing. Study and review of engineering changes and modifications. Study and review the product specification for compliance with the project specification.
• Operation and Maintenance of building services and utilities. This includes HVAC equipment and BMS, drinking water and Plumbing.
• Preparation and monitoring of preventive maintenance schedule and check points of the HVAC and allied equipment. This consist of centrifugal pumps, 05 Nos. YORK Reciprocating Chiller (200 ton), AHU and FCU.
To study the product and their specification and selection of optimum sized equipment required and specified in the Project schedule and specifications.
Preparation of compliance statement against the Project specification and list out deviation and exclusion. Preparing technical summary of the selected equipment and price the equipment.
Preparation of quotation and supporting sales staff for selection of equipments, Building or space load calculation, duct design and layout, Pumps and Cooling Tower selection.
Selection of Chillers including EBARA, Japan Absorption chillers of all types (Gas, Steam, Hot water) and coordinating with the parent co. liaison office in Dubai for the product specification and compliance with the project specification.
Responsible to study the product, preparation/review of detailed drawings, product structure (BOM), product data and installation instructions, specification of purchased and fabricated parts to meet the required product specification.
Provide support to Manufacturing, Production, Materials Procurement & Marketing for the smooth operation of the Plant.
Study and review customer complains, requests for engineering modification/changes, deviations from Standard Product, material samples and NCR’s evaluations / approvals in coordination with other departments to meet the production target and customer satisfaction.
Worked as Project Coordinator for the Technology Transfer of Carrier package unit model 50ZP series and the neccessary design modification and development for the export market.
Provided technical support to the Sales Engineer in preparation of Submittals/Clarification and/or Technical liason with the Factory in USA or approved sources as required.
Prepared quotations of major jobs (SR. 500K & above) with selection & pricing of most optimum equipment and listing out deviation/exclusion against specification due to the product limitations.
Assisted Consultants, Contractors & End Users to specify Carrier Products through Load calculation, Proper Equipment Selection & preparation of Specification.
Maintained all current Products Catalogs, Selection software and their distribution record.
Maintained quotation data base for the branch.
Marketing of Technical Products, especially lubricating oils, greases, anti-corrosion and chemical resistant coatings. Provide Technical Support to the Customers for repair, maintenance, design modifications and application of the Products.
Operation and maintenance of Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment as well as mechnical services of Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) of Pakistan SteelPerformed periodic routine repairs and regular visual examination of the equipment
Worked as Junior Mechanical Engineer (QC Supervisor) in the Quality Control Engineering and Coordination Department.
Duties included the inspection of the Quality aspects of different phases of HVAC System of the project through Material Inspection request, Inspection and identification card, Inspection request and their relevant procedures
