The company (head governmental office) is the only major supplier in Implementation of condition diagram Plan and providing detailed designs for implementation of condition diagram Plan at technical office of administration in rural areas in Iran. Reporting to the Province Director as provincial high supervisor, I managed a team of 6 qualified civil engineers in the Golestan province.

Main responsibilities:
• Implementation of 432-unit construction project in Gorgan and 32-unit construction project at Sorkhankalateh. In these projects I managed 2 or 3 contractor teams and managing of construction project and predicting project budget.
• Implementation of condition diagram Plan in rural areas, as provincial high supervisor.
• Providing detailed designs for implementation of condition diagram Plan at technical office of administration.
• Preparing financial statements and reports on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis for sending to main center in capital (Tehran).
• Preparing annual budget and forecasts for Tehran Center.
• Managing payroll for the company's 10 employees
• Controlling overheads of $1000, 000 per year
My main achievements:
• Reduced overheads by 10% over 3 years
• Increased the frequency of reports from quarterly to weekly reports
Reason for leaving: Relocation due to pursue my PhD.
