My day-to-day job is work on Change Task (Downtime)
My daily task is creates object, policy, Hide NAT and Static NAT on Checkpoint and Palo Alto Firewall.
Creating and Establish site to site VPN on ASA firewall.
Configuring new customer’s router and firewall.
Provide solution if customer facing some kind of problem.
I am configuring and troubleshooting on Cisco ASA Firewall, Checkpoint Firewall, Palo Alto, CISCO (Router or Switch).
Configure and Manage VIP, SSL Certificates on F5 Load balancer.
•Involved in Incident, Change related issue for client.
•We are working on Migration from old service to new service.
•Creating site-to-site GRE with IPsec VPN.
•Perform LAN & WAN troubleshooting.
•Management of Network devices like Router, ASA Firewalls, and L3 / L2 Switches.
•Configure the new policy as per customer requirement and push to Gateway.
•Managing and Implementing Objects in Smart Dashboard.
•Configuring Checkpoint firewall as per customer requirement.
•Given network specifications, perform a backup and restore the current Gateway installation from the command line.
•Implementing ACL and NAT on Cisco ASA, Creating, Managing VLANs on L3 & L2 Switches.
•Configuring NAT on ASA for example Auto-NAT, PAT, and Dynamic NAT.
•Managed Palo alto firewall using panorama, add/ delete firewall, device group, network
•Panorama commit operation, device group, Templates audit candidate configuration and running configuration.
•Designing the new IP addressing schema as per requirement.
•Implementing AAA, TACACS/RADIUS on Checkpoint and ASA firewall.
•Configuring Named and Number ACL list as per customer requirements.
•Configure and Troubleshoot routing protocol such as OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
My job profile includes handling Cisco Routers and Switches.
We are providing voice and email based technical support.
Providing real time Technical assistance to end user as per there requirement.
Creating
My Daily work is configure Routing and VRF, ACL, SNMP and DHCP Scope, DHCP Relay
Configure VLAN and VTP and Trunk 802.1d.
Co-ordinate with other team for provides best solution to the customer.
Coordinate with ISP and resolve the wan link issue take the RFO (reason for outage).
Coordinate with Cisco vendor to resolve the switches and routers hardware (RMA) issues.
•Stored the router logs on Syslog server with time stamp and reporting to senior team.
•Define and explain LAN design. Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches
•Configuration IP routing protocol such as Static, RIP, EIGRP and OSPF.
•Providing access to users for particular Server and network by configuring Extended ACL List.
•Managing VLAN and STP on Switches.
•Configuring a switch with STP (RSTP, PVST+, MST) Inter VLANS Routing.
•Customize a switch configuration to meet specified network requirements.
•Configuring and Troubleshooting VLANS in Switched Networks.
•Configuring Trunking and Pruning on switched networks
•Enabling port-security for preventing unauthorized network access
•Configure port security, DHCP Snooping, SPAN Port.
•Knowledge and hands on experience in handling and Troubleshooting a switch network configured with STP, HSRP (Hot Standby Routing Protocol), Ether channel, Dot1Q Trunk.
•Configure, maintain routing protocol like RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
•Resolve the day-to-day issue of network (moving users to particular VLAN, VLAN add, creation and MAC sticky configuration on switch port.
•Troubleshoot VLAN, STP, RSTP, HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP.
We were sometimes working in collaboration with other teams that specializes in Active Directory, Exchange and Performance of Servers. I have basic working (troubleshooting, setup) knowledge of Active Directory and its various components, VM Ware, etc.
