Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Low current systems (such as Structured Cabling system(Schneider, Belden, Laviton, Optronics, TMT, Excel), CCTV(Samsung, Bosch, WatchNet, Pelco, VICON, Honeywell), SMATV(Acade, Televes, Triax), Audio/Video Intercom(Alcad, Fermax, Comlit, TMT), Public Address (Bosch, TOA), Access Controls (Samsung, TMT, RBH, Galaxy), Lighting control system(Schneider, TMT Global, UK), Vehicle Gate Barrier System(FAAC, BFT, CAME), PABX(Siemens, NEC, Panasonic), Intrusion Detection system(RBH, TMT, samsung) & other Low current systems for Buildings-Residential & commercial) in phase of design and phase of installation, testing and commissioning.
• Planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical -Ensuring all relevant safety objectives are observed.
• Participating in client and contractor meetings and resolving client requests and management project issues.
• Ensuring the successful completion of engineering projects.
• Accounting for engineering tasks to ensure they meet contract requirements.
• Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.
• Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
• Taking responsibility for a team of engineers and training/mentoring junior engineers.
• Drafting contract administration correspondence.
• Finding new prospective clients both for entire ELV System .
• Coordinating with existing clients.
• Developing new marketing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Detailed analysis of competitors in the market.
• Reporting to the General Manager.
Role- Handling project sales of PABX System of Make NEC & Samsung, Public Address System, CCTV, Access Control System, Vehicle Barrier and structured cabling.
Role- Looking after the sales of products like PABX, WLAN, VCS, Data Switches as well as voice logger.
