Providing interpretation to the customers who are not able to speak English.
- Providing interpretations during the meetings between the engineers and the Qatari high ranking officials and VIPs.
- Providing interpretation during the conferences, seminars and workshops
- Translating engineering drawings, building specifications, tenders, bills of quantities and minutes of meetings from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Translating all the legal contracts & correspondences received from and sent to all the local governmental agencies.
- Assisting the vistors and provides them with accurate information concerning the construction process and prices.
- Handling all the communications between the Bureau and the private companies, governmental and public agencies..

- Translating documents, files, letters and reports from Arabic to English.
-Monitoring and reporting the local newspapers and translate selected articles.
- Assisting the Malaysian citizens living in Doha and provides them with interpretation when needed.
- Receiving and assisting Malaysians delegations visiting the State of Qatar.
- Contacting and liaising with all governmental entities.
