Promoted to Head ADD department at INFOSYSTA to lead a team with different expertise as Java Developers, C# Developers, and Mobile Developers. My role is to work toward the advancement of that unit, to continually assess the performance of the department and its members and contribute to the modification of Product plans, to manage the department budgets and expenditures, to work towards effective dispersion of funds and prioritization of projects
Promoted to lead Mobile Development department to manage projects and split tasks using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, to discuss the client’s requirements and the proposed solution with colleagues, to provide the team members with clear goals and let them find the best way to achieve them, to guide teams through the problem-solving process and come up with positive results, to participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress and apply DevOps when dealing with operational team.
Promoted to lead Mobile for Jira application Team, to execute responsibilities with an understanding of the product vision, to participate in the planning and retrospective meetings, to accept or reject product development results from a team and to apply agile methodologies.
Recruited to develop and maintain three mobile apps using Axway Appcelerator Titanium cross-platform tools.
Pending MS degree in CCE
Graduate from LIU Bekaa campus winning the 1st place in communication engineering and being one of six students with different majors who got scholarships for master’s education for being distinguished over 850 graduates. Besides, received three Honor letters for being distinguished in the corresponding three years.
