-Monthly P&L analyse.
-Prepare the restaurant yearly budget.
-Cost control (food Papers cleaning).
-Control the quality of the food and service.
-Control the food safety and sanitation.
-Responsible for GSS (guest satisfaction survey)
-Conducting weekly managers meeting.
-Designing a competition in order to increase the sales.
-Make sure all HACCP document are followed and updated.
-Government relation.
(Opening team).
Duties included:
-Resolve all customer problems.
-Monthly MMM ( Menu margin modeler)
-Responsible for the back of house including kitchen, butcher, preparation and QA
-Staff training in the restaurant.
-Monthly evaluation report for the restaurant.
-Monthly evaluation report for the staff.
-Purchasing issues in the restaurant including food tools and equipment .
-Competitions in the restaurant to achieve the sales target .
-Staff schedule ( weekly basis).
-Check all the equipments as a weekly basis and report all the maintenance issue to -the concern department.
-Monthly inventory.
-Front of house Manager.
