The company had executed many Infrastructures Projects that include Sewage, Water, Power, and
Telecommunications Services in Western Region of the KSA
* Make a full study and Presenting project details and technical information to colleagues
* Supervising site workers in coordination with the assigned Supervisors
* Liaising with Subcontractors, government agencies, local authorities and suppliers.
* Writing Daily and monthly reports which directed to PM
* Follow the Instructions and assist the PM in executing the Project Successfully
* Follow up the site Progress and fulfill the assignments at the time.
* keeping up-to-date with changes and implemented on site as soon as possible
* Prepare the Work Inspections Requests and insure the correct documentation
* Follow up the Handing over to the authorities and the finalize the snags
*managing and maintaining water and sewage infrastructure operations during the Maintenance
2 Basements (22000 m2 each) +6 podium floors (18000 m2 each) + 60 floors (2000 m2 each,
KEMPINSKI hotel and Residential apartments).
Job Description * Prepare the Manpower Histogram in coordination with the project time schedule.
* Prepare the material list for approval in accordance with the Project time schedule and prepare
the submittals.
* Prepare the Workshop Drawing Log in accordance with the Project time schedule and progress
and start Producing the Drawings accordingly.
* Study the Design Drawings, Specifications, and contract then Prepare the RFI's that covers any
Query, Obstructions, and modifications if needed.
• Supervise the Mechanical site teams (air conditioning, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems).
• Follow up the site progress making sure it is still within the schedule and covered by the
documented WIR and Prepare the frequent Site meetings with the site team.
• Follow up the latest client requirements and make sure to be implemented on site.
• Prepare the required Additional Works Documents.
• Prepare the Monthly Evaluations.
• Attend the Site Progress meeting with the Main Contractor and any other meetings required to
cover whatever arises during the Project Progress.
• Supervise Testing & Commissioning process
• Comply with the HSE and Quality Policies.
• Finalize handing over with As Built Drawings.

* My work started by time when the Project was about 80% of completion so my job was to
complete the Mechanical work up to handing over starting and trying to enhance the Performance.
