A - To provide strategic direction and financial commitments to ensure the fulfillment of the company.
B - The development of all policies and procedures necessary to ensure the management and proper financial control of the work of the company.
C- Mange and oversea the daily operations of the accounting department and provide recommendations.
Basic functions:
1 - The management and control of the finance staff to ensure their access to adequate training and motivation and performance of their functional responsibilities in accordance with the required standards.
2 - Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the work in the company, through the provision of advice and guidance regarding the financial strategies in place.
3 - Develop and monitor annual operating budget for the company to ensure fulfillment of all financial targets and compliance with the laws the legislature.
4 - Provide guidance and advice to the directors of the company and its employees with respect to the financial affairs so as to enable them to achieve their goals.
5 - To oversee the preparation of the company's financial accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery time.
6 - Monthly analysis of actual financial statement Vs annual budget & flexible budget for three factories l.
7 - To develop and maintain all systems, policies and procedures necessary to ensure effective and efficient financial management company.
8 - Preparing monthly Tax return (VAT) & annual zakat return.
9- setup the cost & selling prices for high value tenders.
10 - To take all necessary action to ensure that they meet their financial and legal.
