•Conduct enterprise market insights in levant region, leverage strategic planning to Identify key accounts and construct business plans to sell Infobip's SaaS CX & CpaaS solutions into the accounts

• Conduct Market insights and analyze business/technical pain points to generate pipeline
• Manage the commercial design and define negotiation strategies based on the in-depth understanding of budgeting cycle, customer's negotiation tactics & decision-making loop

• Act as service consultant to introduce and develop service solutions for different accounts
• Analyze services market space to identify trends/opportunities
• Develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentations

initiatives and programs through them to convert those opportunities into sales
• Handle all service related RFPs/RFQs

• Assist sales teams to drive Orange's revenues by helping to qualify accounts, answer business requests, prepare and deliver solution based product presentations and deliver POCs
• Provide technical & financial consultancy to sales teams to support leading & signing projects
