the WBM is a luxury one day surgery polyclinic with more than 16 different specialties in 22 cabinets with large rehabilitation center, large diagnostic imaging department (Ultrasounds, Simple X-ray, BMD, CT scan, MRI, and Breast CT). Laboratory services in WBM includes in addition to Clinical pathology lab. fully equipped with the latest automated technology, Microbiology Lab Molecular lab. and of course fully equipped automated anatomical pathology lab. including both services Cyto and histopathology. the WBM is also contains multiple procedure rooms and three minor surgery rooms and three large fully equipped with the latest technology major surgery rooms ready for all kinds of endoscopic, laparoscopic and open surgeries.
i joined the team of WBM during preparation phase, to fully setup the WBM for final medical licensing, hiring physicians, nurses and technical staff. installing and calibrating the Lab. machines, supervise the setup of the diagnostic imaging department and all other departments as well, participating in setting and writing the policies and procedures for the Lab. Services and other departments.
Assistant professor, full time, teaching the following subjects: physiology, Pathophysiology, Pathology and First aid & public health.
Participated in all local and international conferences and scientific meetings held in the university, and i have been always a member of the organizing committees of these events.
during my stay in Isra university i was a member in scientific & research committee as well.
i was a visiting part time consultant Pathologist.

I was a part-time assistant professor in the College of Medicine teaching Pathology and supervising the Lab. as well.
My laboratory was the only laboratory in the province till 2013, where the population is about 700, 000 and there are three private hospitals and two government hospitals, and all of them deal with my laboratory ( 500 beds capacity ).

Teshreen hospital is a central military hospital in Damascus with 1200 beds capacity and large Laboratory cervices. My responsibilities were the daily routine cyto/histopathology work, including gross and microscopic tasks and releasing the final report, in addition to the supervision of the residents doctors, and participating in education and training programs for them, as well as in charge specialist in FNA services ( about 50 cases per week, performing the FNA and reading the microscopy of it and releasing the reports as well).
