As part of my role in EXPRO, I have been leading the assigned team to overlook all Projects at Al-Madinah Region
Amana. Some of the major with the following main activities:
 Enable Al-Madinah Region Amana in best Project Management practices according to EXPRO Methodology
and establishing the PMO and the required processes & procedures for all project lifecycle.
 Managed the EXPRO PM team assigned to the Amana and setting KPIs.
 Lead the Amana’s 5 Years Projects Portfolio Planning (5YPPP) and project selection.
 Develop and manage RFP processes to procure third party products and services.
 Manage the Governance between EXPRO and the Amana.
 Raising the transparency of the projects reporting and the accuracy of its information.
 Support all Special Projects related to the Amana that has national priority.
 Build the human capabilities and train the staff in Amana and the assigned team.
 Manage/Guide/Approve Risk Manager activities with the Amana.
 Support and assist EXPRO teams and sectors to achieve General objectives of the organization.

• Establish the Project Controls Department and its sections (Project Controls, Estimating and Cost Control, Scheduling, monitoring and reporting, and Risk Management) for General Directorate of Municipalities Projects -GDMP with in the Ministry of Municipalities and Rural Affairs.
• Administrate and manage AECOM contract (Establishment of GDMP for MoMRA).
• Leading Project Controls Department and Personal.
• Communication and integration with other project controls functions, and GDMP Departments.
• Develop / Review / Guide and Approve the procedures and guidelines develop by the GDPM.
• Lead / Develop the implementation and of GDMP’s procedures and guidelines in MoMRA & AMANAT and set plans for rollout.
• Develop Project Controls tools and systems for implementation based on project requirements.
• Lead the Project Controls assessment for MoMRA and AMANATS.
• Lead and support in Troubled Projects exercises.
• Establish a knowledge transfer program in the department in order to train MoMRA’s Assigned Staff into GDMP and Amanat Project Controls personnel.

• Highlight projects with early signs of major non-compliance. Participate in assessment and recommendations for mitigation and intervention for projects that are in trouble, or for which an Amana has requested GDMP assistance.
• Manage/Guide/Approve Risk Manager activities for GDMP based on best practices for risk and opportunity management to be applied across the entire GDMP Program.
• Provide centralized Cost Estimation, Planning and Scheduling on all Projects.
• Support and assist GDMP General Director.

• Fulfill and implement Tasnee’s project management processes and procedures.
• Lead the Project Support and Assurance Team for the MEGA & Site Projects.

I’m currently working as a Reliability Engineer at S-Chem Project Department, in Saudi Chevron Philips. Supporting the projects for S-Chem’s three companies (Saudi Polymers, Saudi Chevron Philips, and Jubail Chevron Philips).
Task Undergone:
Fulfill Chevron’s Project Development & Execution Process (CPDEP) requirements. Lead the planning and implementation of projects. Facilitate and develop the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Identify alternatives solutions, alternative selection associated risks, and develop mitigation plans. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Develop a project visibility studies and project economics. Develop full scale project plans. Assemble and coordinate project team. Plan and schedule project timelines, and develop an exaction plan. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project Outputs. Support and work with multi-functional work team in early concept development and selection, front end loading, front end engineering, funding appropriation and project execution. Ensures that Operational Excellence (OE) performance goals are integrated in all activities; actively supports and ensures the use of safe work processes and procedures.

Currently I’m working as a Facility Engineer at Saudi Arabian Chevron in the Asset Development Department. SAC is one of Chevron’s Global Upstream Companies.

Task Undergone:

Provides a full range of in-depth technical facility engineering reviews of Wafra Joint Operations (WJO) and Mina Saud facility projects. Collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment in delivering value to the Integrated Facility Management Plan (IFMP) which shall be required for the facilities portion under the Asset Development Plan. Provides technical review of IFMP elements including project design, execution plans and quality assurance plans through all phases of the Chevron Project Development & Execution Process (CPDEP) and delivers recommendations to the Team Leader. Ensures that Operational Excellence (OE) performance goals are integrated in all activities; actively supports and ensures the use of safe work processes and procedures. Recommends process improvements, as necessary.

Currently I’m working as a Reliability Engineer at Saudi Aramco Fire department, in the Support Services Group. The Fire Department of Saudi Aramco is one of the most advance fire departments in the Middle East.
Task Undergone:
Originates and develops analysis methods for determining reliability of components, equipment, and processes. Acquired data and analyzes the data. Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports for defining reliability problems and makes recommendations for improvements. Conducts an analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determining the reliability required for the particular situation considering the cost limitations for equipment up/down time, repair/replacement costs, weight, size, and availability of materials/equipment. Determines the cost advantages of alternatives for developing action plans to comply with internal/external customer demands for reliable processes/equipment to avoid failures

I worked as an Assistant Engineer at Saudi Aramco Fire department, in the Engineer Group. Saudi Aramco is Oil and Gas Company that provides quality Oil and Gas services to giant World Wide based companies. At Aramco, we look for safety as the first importance item in our daily agenda.
Task Undergone:
Performing duties in area where professional engineering services are performed. Work assignment encompasses various industrial plant and/or engineering projects in any of the Company's fields of activity. my work consist of gathering data, performing routine or recurring test, review project plans and apply international standards and codes in addition to Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, troubleshooting & finding solutions, preparing and assisting in the preparation of reports, and related duties in accordance with established procedures.

I worked as a certified Maintenance Machinist I Technician at Ju’aymah NGLF Plant in Saudi Aramco, that provides quality Gas services to giant World Wide based companies.
Task Undergone:
Working higher classified machinists in the performance of shop or field machinist work.
Shop work involves the ability to effectively operate basic machining tools, shapers, grinders, power saws, drill presses, planes and threading machines as well as being able to assist in operation and in some cases operate more complicated. Machining tools are milling machines, boring mills, turret, and spindle lathes, precision grinders and balancing machines.
Field work involves overhaul and repair of pumps, turbines, valves and compressors with primary emphasis on dismantling and assembly of parts.
